Meowjo is not liable for carrier-related delays beyond this timeframe.
Customers receive email notifications when their order is being prepared and when it has shipped, including tracking information.
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY – RETURNS – REFUNDS – CANCELLATION
All items sold on meowjo.com are new and guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
If an item is defective or incorrect, the buyer has 30 days from delivery to request an exchange or refund.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
